The present invention relates to a lifter which comprises: a frame; a chain which includes a first shaft and a second shaft, which are placed on the frame apart from each other in a vertical direction, and which is wound on the first shaft and the second shaft; a motor which rotates the first shaft or the second shaft; and ah older engaged with the chain to move along the frame. The frame includes an inner rail and an outer rail. The holder includes: a body; a connection bar rotatably engaged with the body; a first roller rotatably engaged with the other end of the connection bar and placed between the inner rail and the outer rail; and a first torsion spring whose one end is engaged with the connection bar and whose other end is engaged with the body. The first torsion spring is placed to have a restoration force as the angle between the longitudinal direction of the connection bar and the vertical direction of the frame becomes greater.
