An objective of the present invention is to provide a portable terminal case which evenly disperses light around a camera module when a camera photographs by arranging a light guide member on a portable terminal, and has the light guide member on a case of the portable terminal to be slid and moved or rotated and moved to move the light guide member to the camera module and a lighting module to cause light dispersion and light path changes when needed and easily separate the light guide module from the camera module and the lighting module when not needed. To achieve the objective, the portable terminal case comprises: a terminal case in which a portable terminal is accommodated and mounted; an opening part provided on the terminal case to expose a camera module and a lighting module provided on a terminal; and a light guide member movably provided on the terminal case, provided adjacent to the opening part, provided to be moved to selectively cover or uncover the camera module and the lighting module to move between a first position covering the camera module and the lighting module and a second position uncovering the camera module and the lighting module, and changing the path of light emitted from the lighting module to guide the light to the vicinity of the camera module if the camera module and the lighting module are covered. 본 발명은 휴대용 단말기에 광 가이드 부재를 두어서 카메라 촬영시 카메라 모듈 주위에 빛이 골고루 분산되도록 하면서도, 광가이드 부재가 휴대용 단말기의 케이스에 슬라이드 이동 또는 회동 이동 가능하게 마련되어 필요한 경우에는 광가이드 부재를 카메라 모듈 및 조명 모듈로 이동시켜서 광 분산 및 광 경로 변경을 유발하고, 필요없는 경우에는 용이하게 카메라 모듈 및 조명 모듈로부터 이격시킬 수 있는 발명을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은,휴대용 단말기가 수용되어 장착되는 단말기 케이스와; 상기 단말기 케이스에 마련되어 단말기에 마련되는 카메라 모듈 및 조명 모듈이 노출될 수 있게 마련되는 개구부와; 상기 단말기 케이스에 이동 가능하게 마련되며, 상기 개구부에 인접하게 마련되고, 상기 카메라 모듈 및 조명 모듈을 선택적으로 가리거나 또는 가리지 않도록 움직일 수 있게 마련되어 상기 카메라 모듈 및 조명 모듈을 덮는 제1위치와, 상기 카메라 모듈 및 조명 모듈을 덮지 않는 제2위치 사이에서 움직이며, 상기 카메라 모듈 및 조명 모듈을 가린 경우, 조명 모듈에서 출사되는 광의 경로를 변화시켜 카메라 모듈 주위로 가이드하는 광 가이드부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 단말기 케이스를 제공한다.
