In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a system for recording the remaining parts of a tape reel comprises: a device body in which an X-ray tube and an X-ray detection unit are installed; a reel seating unit having a plurality of areas which are divided by an imaginary line intersecting the center of the bottom surface, and in each of which a tape reel is seated; a reel sensing unit installed in the reel seating unit to detect the tape reel seated in each area, and for sensing the tape reel seated at a distance; a counting unit for counting the remaining amount of parts wound around the tape reel from a tape reel image when the tape reel image of the tape reel is obtained; a code scanner for recognizing a unique code assigned to the tape reel; and a remaining amount recording unit for recording a remaining amount for each unique code by automatically matching remaining amount counting information of the tape reel of which separation from the reel seating unit is sensed by the reel sensing unit with the unique code recognized by the code scanner. Therefore, the remaining number of parts for each unique code can be accurately recorded. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 테이프릴의 부품 잔량 기록시스템은, 엑스레이튜브와 엑스레이검출부가 설치된 장치본체; 바닥면의 중심을 교차하는 가상선에 의해 분할된 복수의 영역이 마련되어, 각각의 영역에 테이프릴이 안착되는 릴안착부; 각각의 영역에 안착된 테이프릴을 각각 감지가능하게 릴안착부에 설치되어, 일정 거리에 안착된 테이프릴을 감지하는 릴감지부; 테이프릴에 대한 테이프릴 이미지가 획득되면, 테이프릴 이미지로부터 테이프릴에 권취된 부품의 잔량을 카운팅하는 카운팅부; 테이프릴에 부여된 고유코드를 인식하는 코드스캐너; 및 잔량카운팅 완료 후에, 릴감지부에 의해 릴안착부에서 이탈이 감지된 테이프릴의 잔량카운팅정보와, 코드스캐너에 의해 인식된 고유코드가 자동으로 매칭되어, 고유코드별로 부품 잔량이 기록되는 잔량기록부를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
