Summary:The present invention relates to a method for isolating autologous cancer antigen-specific CD8 T cells using CD71 and application thereof. In case of isolating autologous cancer antigen-specific CD8 T cells using a separation method of the present invention, in addition to CD8 T cells specific to autologous cancer antigens, CD8 T cells responding to various cancer antigens are also isolated, thereby enabling to provide a significant anticancer effect by amplifying the number of CD8 T cells in a large amount even with less blood. Therefore, it can be effectively used for immunotherapy that induces a temporary immunodeficiency for treatment such as adoptive cell therapy. 본 발명은 CD71을 이용하여 자가암항원 반응성 CD8 T 세포를 분리하는 방법 및 이의 응용에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 분리방법을 이용하여 자가암항원 반응성 CD8 T 세포를 분리하는 경우 자가암항원에 특이적인 CD8 T 세포 이외에 다양한 암항원에 반응하는 CD8 T 세포도 함께 분리되므로, 보다 적은 혈액으로도 대량으로 CD8 T 세포수를 증폭시켜 유의적인 항암효과를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 입양 세포 치료 등 치료를 위해 일시적인 면역결핍을 유도하는 면역치료 등에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
