본 발명의 과제는, 시클로올레핀 수지 등에 대해 밀착성이 우수한 접착성 조성물을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 접착성 조성물은, 식 (I) Y-N(Ar)(R) 식 (I) (식 중, Ar은 무치환 혹은 치환기를 갖는 C6∼C14의 아릴기, 또는 무치환 혹은 치환기를 갖는 C6∼C10 아릴 C1∼C3 알킬기를 나타낸다. R은 무치환 혹은 치환기를 갖는 C1∼C6의 알킬기, 무치환 혹은 치환기를 갖는 C3∼C6 시클로알킬기, 무치환 혹은 치환기를 갖는 C6∼C14의 아릴기, 또는 무치환 혹은 치환기를 갖는 C6∼C10 아릴 C1∼C3 알킬기를 나타낸다.
