직류 계통(1)과 부하(4)를 접속하는 급전선(2)의 전류를 계측하는 변류기(3)로 계측된 전류를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 A/D 변환부(20)와, 변환된 디지털 신호를 연산 처리하는 연산 처리부(30)를 구비한 아크 지락 검출 장치(100)로서, 연산 처리부(30)에서는, A/D 변환부(20)에서 변환된 0.1kHz 이상의 소정의 주파수의 범위에 걸친 상기 급전선의 전류 신호를 FFT 신호 처리하여, 미리 취득된 상기 A/D 변환부(20)에서 변환되어 FFT 신호 처리된 소정의 주파수 범위의 주파수마다의 초기 전류 신호와 비교하여, 아크 지락 전류를 검출하여 아크 지락 발생의 유무를 판단한다. This arc/ground fault detection device (100) is provided with: an A/D conversion unit (20) for converting the current measured by a current transformer (3) to a digital signal, said current transformer (3) measuring the current flowing through a feeder (2) connecting a DC system (1) and a load (4) to each other; and a calculation processing unit (30) for performing calculation processing on the converted digital signal. The calculation processing unit (30) performs FFT signal processing on a current signal of the feeder converted by the A/D conversion unit (20) and covering a predetermined frequency range of 0.1 kHz or more and compares the current signal with an initial current signal at each frequency in the predetermined frequency range, which is obtained previously and coverted by the A/D conversion unit (20) and on which the FFT signal processing is performed, thereby detecting arc/ground fault current and determining the presence or absence of the occurrence of an arc/ground fault.
