Summary:The present invention is an invention for improving static electricity of a vinyl chloride-based polymer, comprising the steps of (A) initiating a polymerization reaction by introducing a vinyl chloride-based monomer in the presence of a polymerization initiator; and (B) adding a cationic emulsifier comprising at least one selected from ester-based quaternary ammonium salts and imidazoline-based quaternary ammonium salts at a time when a polymerization conversion rate is 80% or more and inducing a reaction. In addition, the present invention relates to the vinylchloride-based polymer, which comprises the cationic emulsifier including at least one selected from the ester-based quaternary ammonium salts and the imidazoline-based quaternary ammonium salts, or a component derived from the cationic emulsifier. 본 발명은 염화비닐계 중합체의 정전기를 개선시키기 위한 발명으로, (A) 중합 개시제의 존재 하에 염화비닐계 단량체를 투입하여 중합 반응을 개시하는 단계; 및 (B) 중합 전환율이 80% 이상인 시점에 에스테르계 4차 암모늄염 및 이미다졸린계 4차 암모늄염 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 양이온 유화제를 투입하고 반응시키는 단계;를 포함하는 염화비닐계 중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 에스테르계 4차 암모늄염 및 이미다졸린계 4차 암모늄염 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 양이온 유화제 또는 상기 양이온 유화제로부터 유래된 성분을 포함하는 염화비닐계 중합체에 관한 것이다.
