[과제] 피착체 표면에 대해 저오염성의 자외선 경화형 점착 시트를 제공하는 것. [해결 수단] 본 발명의 자외선 경화형 점착 시트는, 기재와 점착제층을 갖는다. 이 자외선 경화형 점착 시트는, 자외선 조사 시험 후, 해당 자외선 경화형 점착 시트를 박리한 후의 실리콘 웨이퍼의 점착제층이 첩합된 면의 입자경 1.5μm 미만의 파티클수가 100개 미만이다.
