The present invention provides a solid type personal care product comprising: a core layer containing a cleaning or conditioning component; and a skin layer containing a water-soluble or water-dispersible polymer. The solid type personal care product manufactured according to the present invention solves disadvantages of a flying powder that a conventional powder, a soap, or other flake-type solid detergents or conditioning agents have and problems of lowering of cleaning power, conditioning efficacy, fragrance retaining properties, etc. at the same time. Even a user holds the product by hand, contents of cleaning or conditioning ingredients do not come off, and there is no change in shape even in high humidity. In addition, the product is easy to use, store and pack while retaining functions of existing liquid cleaning and conditioning personal care products. 본 발명은 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분을 함유하는 코어층; 및 수용성 또는 수분산성 고분자를 함유하는 스킨층;을 포함하는 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 고체형 퍼스널 케어 제품은 종래 파우더, 비누형 또는 기타 플레이크 형태의 고체형 세정제 또는 컨디셔닝제가 가지고 있는 분말이 날리는 단점 및 세정력, 컨디셔닝 효능 및 보향성 등이 저하되는 문제점을 해결함과 동시에, 손으로 잡아도 세정 또는 컨디셔닝 성분의 내용물이 묻어나지 않고 습도가 높은 곳에서도 형태의 변화가 없다. 또한, 기존의 액상 형태의 세정 및 컨디셔닝 퍼스널 케어 제품이 갖는 기능을 그대로 보유하면서 사용, 보관 및 포장이 용이하다.
