Summary:One embodiment provides a manufacturing method of a display panel which comprises a step of forming a circuit layer and a step of forming a light emitting element layer. The step of forming the circuit layer comprises the following steps of: sequentially providing a preliminary metal layer, a preliminary oxide film, and a preliminary capping layer; cleaning a preliminary electrode layer; forming a photoresist pattern on the preliminary electrode layer; etching the preliminary electrode layer; and removing the photoresist pattern. In the etching step, a removal rate ER_1 of the preliminary oxide film and a removal rate ER_2 of the preliminary capping layer satisfy a relationship of equation 1 below, thereby maintaining low reflection characteristics.
