The present invention relates to a cell-derived vesicle comprising a target protein, prokineticin receptor 1 (PROKR1), and a therapeutic agent for a muscle disease comprising the same. When the cell-derived vesicle containing PROKR1 according to the present invention is treated in myoblasts, the cell-derived vesicle can be used to prevent or treat muscle diseases by promoting myodifferentiation and inducing differentiation into myotube cells, and thus can be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry and health functional food fields. 본 발명은 표적 단백질인 PROKR1을 포함하는 세포 유래 베시클 및 이를 포함하는 근 질환 치료제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 PROKR1 (Prokineticin receptor 1)을 포함하는 세포 유래 베시클은 근모세포에 처리되었을 때, 근분화를 촉진하고, 근관세포로의 분화를 유도하여, 근 질환을 예방 또는 치료하는 용도로 사용할 수 있어, 의약업계 및 건강기능식품 분야에서 널리 사용될 수 있다.
