Summary: | The present invention relates to a cell-derived vesicle comprising a target protein, prokineticin receptor 1 (PROKR1), and a therapeutic agent for a muscle disease comprising the same. When the cell-derived vesicle containing PROKR1 according to the present invention is treated in myoblasts, the cell-derived vesicle can be used to prevent or treat muscle diseases by promoting myodifferentiation and inducing differentiation into myotube cells, and thus can be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry and health functional food fields.
