Summary:According to an embodiment of the present invention, an optical path control member includes: a first substrate; a first electrode disposed on the upper part of the first substrate; a second substrate disposed on the first substrate; a second electrode disposed on the lower part of the second substrate; and an optical conversion unit disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The optical conversion unit includes partition wall portions and receiving portions which are alternately disposed. The receiving portions change optical transmittance according to the application of voltage, and include a dispersion and optical conversion particles dispersed in the dispersion. The refractive index ratio of a partition wall portions and the receiving portions is 1:0.95 to 1:1.05. The optical path control member may control the refractive index of the portion wall portion and the receiving portion of the optical conversion unit. 실시예에 따른 광 경로 제어 부재는, 제 1 기판; 상기 제 1 기판의 상부에 배치되는 제 1 전극; 상기 제 1 기판 상에 배치되는 제 2 기판; 상기 제 2 기판의 하부에 배치되는 제 2 전극; 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극 사이에 배치되는 광 변환부를 포함하고, 상기 광 변환부는 교대로 배치되는 격벽부 및 수용부를 포함하고, 상기 수용부는 전압의 인가에 따라 광 투과율이 변화되고, 상기 수용부는 분산액 및 상기 분산액 내에 분산되는 광 변환 입자를 포함하고, 상기 격벽부와 상기 수용부의 굴절율의 비는 1:0.95 내지 1:1.05이다.
