The present invention relates to a blood pressure control device using an acupoint stimulation device and a blood pressure control method using the same, wherein the device comprises: a power supply unit supplying power; a control unit receiving power from the power supply unit and generating an electrical stimulation signal; an electrical stimulation unit comprising electrodes that supply stimulation signals to acupoint points; a biosignal measuring unit measuring biosignals including brainwaves and heartbeats of a subject, wherein the control unit generates a stimulation signal for controlling the blood pressure of the subject according to the bio-signals collected from the bio-signal measuring unit.
