The present invention provides a 3D electronic circuit printing device, which comprises: a storage unit for storing a metal powder material; a molding unit which laminates the metal powder material by emitting a laser and prints an electronic circuit; a powder supply unit for supplying the metal powder material stored in the storage unit to a focal point unit to which the laser beam of the molding unit is emitted; a base material bed on which a substrate of the electronic circuit is placed; and a control unit for controlling the base material bed, the powder supply unit, and the molding unit for the electronic circuit printing process. The control unit selectively supplies the metal powder material through the powder supply unit along a wire circuit path of the electronic circuit set by moving the base material bed or the molding unit during emission of the laser beam, and emits the laser beam to a point at which the metal powder material is placed on the base material bed to stack a circuit unit of the electronic circuit. The present invention can minimize the damage to a base polymer. 본 발명은 금속분말 소재를 저장하는 저장부와, 레이저를 조사하여 상기 금속 분말 소재를 적층하고 전자회로를 인쇄하는 조형부와, 상기 저장부에 저장되어 있는 상기 금속 분말 소재를 상기 조형부의 레이저 빔이 조사되는 초점지점부에 공급하는 분말 공급부와, 상기 전자회로의 기판이 놓여지는 모재 베드와, 상기 전자회로 인쇄공정을 위해 상기 모재 베드와 상기 분말 공급부와 상기 조형부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는, 상기 레이저 빔 조사시에 상기 모재 베드 또는 상기 조형부를 이동시켜 설저된 상기 전자회로의 도선 회로 경로를 따라 상기 분말 공급부를 통해 상기 금속 분말 소재를 선택적으로 공급하면서, 상기 모재 베드 상에서 상기 금속분말소재가 놓인 지점에 상기 레이저 빔을 조사하여 상기 전자회로의 회로부룰 적층하는 3차원 전자회로 인쇄장치를 제공한다.
