Summary: | Disclosed is a power transmission apparatus for a hybrid vehicle. The power transmission apparatus for the hybrid vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention implements an engine mode including a multi-stage fixed shift stage by applying one planetary gear set on an output shaft. In addition, the power transmission apparatus for the hybrid vehicle additionally applies one motor/generator on one input shaft to enable implementation of an electric vehicle mode and a parallel hybrid mode together with the multi-stage fixed shift stage. Thus, it is advantageous in terms of power transmission performance, and by applying three synchronizers and two dog clutches, drag loss is reduced as a wet clutch is minimized, and weight loss is minimized, thereby improving fuel efficiency. The power transmission apparatus for the hybrid vehicle comprises: a first input shaft; a second input shaft; a third input shaft; an intermediate shaft; the output shaft; the planetary gear set; and a plurality of gear trains.
