Summary:The present invention relates to an electronic device. The electronic device includes: first to third receivers outputting first to third signals; first to third delay lines outputting fourth to sixth signals by delaying the first to third signals; a pulse generator configured to generate a pulse signal based on the fourth signal, the fifth signal and the sixth signal; a detector configured to detect lengths of intervals having a high level of a pulse signal and output fourth codes indicating the lengths of the intervals; and a skew compensation logic configured to adjust at least one of a first code, a second code, and a third code based on fourth codes. The present invention provides the electronic device for detecting and compensating for a skew, and operating method thereof. 본 발명은 전자 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 전자 장치는 제1 내지 제3 신호들을 출력하는 제1 내지 제3 수신기들, 제1 내지 제3 신호들을 지연하여 제4 내지 제6 신호들로 출력하는 제1 내지 제3 지연선들, 제4 신호, 제5 신호 및 제6 신호에 기반하여 펄스 신호를 생성하도록 구성되는 펄스 생성기, 펄스 신호의 하이 레벨을 갖는 구간들의 길이들을 검출하고, 그리고 구간들의 길이들을 가리키는 제4 코드들을 출력하도록 구성되는 검출기, 그리고 제4 코드들에 기반하여 제1 코드, 제2 코드, 그리고 제3 코드 중 적어도 하나를 조절하도록 구성되는 스큐 보상 로직을 포함한다.
