Summary:The present invention relates to a composition for thermotherapy of circulating tumor cells comprising magnetic nanoparticles to which an antibody is bound, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for treating circulating tumor cells using the same. The magnetic nanoparticles to which an anti-EpCAM antibody is bound according to the present invention recognize EpCAM expressed in circulating tumor cells or circulating tumor stem cells to selectively bind only to tumors, and thus can selectively remove only circulating tumor cells or circulating tumor stem cells without side effects such as apoptosis of normal cells or tissues, thereby having a useful effect of providing a composition, a kit, and a method for thermal treatment of circulating tumor cells or circulating tumor stem cells. 본 발명은 항체가 결합된 자성 나노 입자를 포함하는 순환종양세포의 온열치료용 조성물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 순환종양세포의 치료방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 항-EpCAM 항체가 결합된 자성 나노입자는 순환종양세포 또는 순환종양줄기세포에 발현되는 EpCAM을 인식하여 종양에만 선택적으로 결합할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 정상 세포나 조직의 사멸과 같은 부작용 없이, 순환종양세포 또는 순환종양줄기세포만을 선택적으로 제거시킬 수 있는 바, 순환종양세포 또는 순환종양줄기세포의 온열치료용 조성물, 키트 및 치료방법이 제공될 수 있는 유용한 효과가 있다.
