Summary:A lithium ion battery (100) comprises: a positive electrode (10), a negative electrode (20), and an electrolyte. The negative electrode (20) comprises a negative electrode active material (22). The negative electrode active material (22) comprises a silicon material. The silicon material comprises a silicon alloy phase and a silicate phase. The silicon alloy phase has a three dimensional network structure. The silicate phase is disposed at meshes of the three dimensional network structure. The three dimensional network structure has an average mesh size of 2.8 to 3.5 ㎚. According to the present invention, preservation characteristics of the battery can be improved. 리튬 이온 전지(100)는, 정극(10), 부극(20) 및 전해질을 포함한다. 부극(20)은, 부극 활물질(22)을 포함한다. 부극 활물질(22)은, 실리콘 재료를 포함한다. 실리콘 재료는, 실리콘 합금상과, 실리케이트상을 포함한다. 실리콘 합금상은, 삼차원 망상 구조를 갖고 있다. 실리케이트상은, 삼차원 망상 구조의 그물눈에 배치되어 있다. 삼차원 망상 구조는, 2.8㎚ 내지 3.5㎚의 평균 그물눈 사이즈를 갖는다.
