Summary:The present invention relates to a material classification method using dual energy X-rays and a calibration phantom device and a system for performing the method. More particularly, the present invention relates to: a method of calibrating a material classification coefficient by generating a plurality of attenuation-based bases for a transmission image obtained through a rotating cylindrical or elliptical column-shaped calibration phantom in a cargo detector, and classifying materials using the calibrated material classification coefficient; and a calibration phantom apparatus and a system for performing the method. The present invention includes a step of acquiring, by an X-ray detector, a phantom transmission image of a subject irradiated from an X-ray source. 본 발명은 이중에너지 엑스선을 이용한 물질 분별 방법 및 이 방법을 수행하는 교정 팬텀 장치 및 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 화물검색기에서 회전하는 원기둥 모양 또는 타원기둥 모양의 교정 팬텀을 통해 얻은 투과영상에 대해 감쇠 기반의 복수 개의 기저를 생성함으로써 물질분별 계수를 교정하고, 상기 교정된 물질 분별 계수를 이용하여 물질을 분별하는 방법 및 이 방법을 수행하는 교정 팬텀 장치 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
