Summary:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a rubber composition capable of improving physical properties of a final product. In order to achieve an objective of the present invention, the present invention provides the method for manufacturing a rubber composition which comprises a step of manufacturing a polymer dispersed rubber composition in which a polymer is dispersed in rubber in a solution phase, wherein the step of manufacturing the polymer dispersed rubber composition comprises, in a rubber manufacturing process step, a step of polymerizing the rubber composition including a monomer, a solvent, and a catalyst, recovering the residual monomer, and then adding the polymer to the rubber solution remaining after recovering the residual monomer. When the rubber composition manufactured in this way is applied to a tire tread composite, durability, grip properties, and low rolling resistance are improved, resulting in improved braking properties, low fuel efficiency, and improved wear performance. 본 발명은 최종 제품의 물성을 개선할 수 있는 고무 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 고무에 폴리머가 용액상으로 분산된, 폴리머 분산 고무 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 폴리머 분산 고무 조성물의 제조단계는 고무 제조 공정단계에서, 단량체, 용제 및 촉매를 포함하는 고무 조성물을 중합 반응시킨 후 잔류 단량체를 회수한 후 상기 잔류 단량체를 회수한 후 남은 고무 용액에 폴리머를 투입하는 단계를 포함하는 고무 조성물의 제조방법을 제공한다. 이렇게 제조 된 고무 조성물을 타이어 트레드 복합재에 적용 하면 내구성, 그립(grip)성, 낮은 회전저항성이 개선되어 우수한 제동 특성, 저연비 특성 및 마모성능이 향상 되는 결과를 얻을 수 있다.
