Summary:The present invention can intervene in a LOTO system if a person in charge can make a decision even at a remote location, and because the present invention is integrated into a single lock, only an operator/person in charge who wants to lock first needs to possess the lock. Afterwards, another person in charge can additionally lock or unlock the lock. And by allowing all of these processes to be checked in a central processing system, the present invention relates to a smart LOTO system that can monitor whether a safety procedure is properly performed. The smart LOTO system comprises: a transmitting/receiving part; and a control part. 본 발명은 원격지에서도 책임자가 판단이 가능하다면 LOTO 시스템에 개입할 수 있고, 하나의 자물쇠로 통합되어 있기 때문에 가장 처음 잠금을 원하는 작업자/책임자만이 자물쇠를 소지하면 된다. 이 후 다른 책임자는 추가로 잠금을 하거나 잠금을 풀 수 있다. 그리고 이러한 모든 과정에 중앙 처리 시스템에서 확인할 수 있으므로, 안전 절차가 제대로 진행되는 지 모니터링이 가능한 스마트 LOTO 시스템에 관한 것이다.
