Summary:According to one embodiment of the present invention, a non-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises: 1.0 to 6.5 wt% of Si; 0.1 to 1.3 wt% of Al; 0.01 to 1.5 wt% of Mn; 0.1 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of Sn; 0.1 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of Sb; and the remainder Fe and other unavoidable impurities. In a range from a surface to depth of 2.0 μm, density of AlN-based precipitates having a particle diameter of 1 to 100 nm can be 50 or less per 0.01 mm^2. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 무방향성 전기강판은 중량%로, Si : 1.0 내지 6.5%, Al : 0.1 내지 1.3%, Mn : 0.01 내지 1.5%, Sn: 0.1% 이하(0%를 제외함), 및 Sb: 0.1% 이하(0%를 제외함) 포함하고, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함한다. 표면에서 깊이 2.0㎛까지의 범위에서, 입경이 1nm 내지 100nm인 AlN계 석출물의 밀도가 0.01mm2 면적당 50개 이하일 수 있다.
