Summary:An objective is to provide a premixing device having a low-cost simple structure, wherein a downstream end of a gas supply channel (4) is connected to a gas suction part (31) formed in an air supply channel (3) connected to a burner (1), and an air resistance switcher is provided to switch ventilation resistance of a predetermined part (3a), in which air flows, of the air supply channel (3) to a large or small mode. To achieve the objective, the air resistance switcher comprises a flapper (8) which can be rotated to a small resistance position for making smaller the ventilation resistance of the predetermined part (3a) of the air supply channel (3) and a large resistance position for making the same larger. When the flapper (8) is located on the large resistance position, a part of the flapper (8) is made to be opposed closely to a part (31b) of the gas suction part (31) to make larger the suction resistance of fuel gas from the gas suction part (31). Also, on the outside of the predetermined part (3a) of the air supply channel (3) in which the flapper (8) is installed, an electromagnet (9) for suctioning or repulsing a magnetic body (85) mounted on the flapper (8) is installed. Moreover, the flapper (8) is rotated to the small resistance position by the current-carrying excitation of the electromagnet (9), and the flapper (8) is rotated to the large resistance position by the reversed current-carrying excitation of the electromagnet (9). (과제) 가스공급로(4)의 하류단이 버너(1)에 연결되는 급기로(3)에 형성된 가스흡인부(31)에 접속되고, 급기로(3)의 공기가 흐르는 소정 부분(3a)의 통기저항을 대소로 전환하는 공기저항전환수단을 구비하는 예혼합장치로서, 구조가 간단하고 저코스트인 것을 제공한다. (해결수단) 공기저항전환수단은, 급기로(3)의 소정 부분(3a)의 통기저항을 작게 하는 소저항위치와 크게 하는 대저항위치로 회동 가능한 플래퍼(8)로 구성된다. 플래퍼(8)가 대저항위치에 있을 때는 플래퍼(8)의 일부가 가스흡인부(31)의 일부(31b)에 근접 대향하여 가스흡인부(31)로부터의 연료가스의 흡인저항이 커지도록 한다. 또, 플래퍼(8)를 설치한 급기로(3)의 소정 부분(3a)의 외측에, 플래퍼(8)에 장착한 자성체(85)를 흡인 또는 반발하는 전자석(9)을 설치한다. 그리고, 전자석(9)의 통전 여자에 의해 플래퍼(8)를 소저항위치로 회동시키고, 전자석(9)의 역방향의 통전 여자에 의해 플래퍼(8)를 대저항위치로 회동시킨다.
