The present invention relates to a hair band capable of easily managing a hair style and providing an acupressure effect. That is, in the hair band, the hair band comprises: two side pressing units which are positioned in both sides having a front and back pressing unit; and a semi-circular back support unit which is connected to a connection controlling unit. The side pressing unit includes: a heat conserving unit which conserves heat to store the heat generated from a human body on the inside or a front surface; and an expansion acupressure device which presses temples and lymph nodes by being expanded to a temple side in the inside. The back support unit includes a pressing prevention support protrusion protruding in a pin shape at a predetermined interval in the inside. When the hair band is worn, the hair style is maintained after taking off the band by allowing the side pressing unit to continuously press lifted side hair and sideburns. At this time, the hair is pressed well by allowing the heat conserving unit to store the heat generated from the human body and delivering the heat to the hair and the above effect is maintained for a long time. Also, the expansion acupressure device expanded due to the stored heat presses the temples and lymph nodes of the wearer, thereby obtaining a massage effect. Furthermore, the back support unit due to the pressing prevention support protrusion is lifted on back hair, thereby preventing the back hair from being pressed. 본 발명은 헤어밴드에 있어서 헤어스타일을 손쉽게 관리하며, 나아가 지압효과를 얻는 것을 그 목적으로 하는 것으로, 즉, 헤어밴드에 있어서, 전후방누름구를 갖는 양측에 위치한 두 개의 측면누름부와 연결조절부로 연결된 반원링형에 후방지지부로 구비하고, 상기 측면누름부는 안측 또는 전방면을 인체에서 발생하는 열을 축열하도록 열이 보전되는 열보전구와 안측에 관자놀이측에 팽창하여 관자놀이와 림프절을 눌러주는 팽창지압장치구를 구비하고, 상기 후방지지부는 안측에 일정간격에 핀형으로 돌출된 눌림방지지지돌기를 구비된 헤어밴드를 제공하여, 헤어밴드를 착용하면 측면누름부가 들뜬 옆머리와 구레나룻을 지속적으로 눌러주어 밴드를 벗을 후에도 헤어스타일이 유지되는 것이다. 이때 상기 열보전구가 인체에서 발생하는 열을 축열하여 그 열이 모발에 전달되어 모발의 눌러짐이 잘 이루어지며 그 효과가 장시간유지되는 것이다. 또한, 상기 축열로 인해 팽창되는 팽창지압장치구가 착용자의 관자놀이와 림프절을 눌러주어 이로 인한 마사지 효과를 얻으며, 나아가 상기 눌림방지지지돌기로 인하여 후방지지부가 뒷머리에 들뜨게 되어 뒷머리가 눌러지는 것을 방지하는 것이다.
