Summary:A tantalum capacitor according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a tantalum body having a tantalum wire exposed on one surface; a molding part comprising fifth and sixth surfaces facing in a first direction, third and fourth surfaces facing in a second direction, and first and second surfaces facing in a third direction, and formed so as to surround the tantalum body; a positive electrode lead frame comprising a positive electrode connection member and a positive electrode terminal connected to the tantalum wire, and exposed to the second surface of the molding part; and a negative electrode lead frame spaced apart from the positive electrode lead frame and exposed to the second surface of the molding part. Ends of the tantalum wire, the positive electrode connection member, and the positive electrode terminal in the first direction may be on the same planar surface. Therefore, the present invention is capable of providing the tantalum capacitor having excellent mechanical reliability. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 탄탈 커패시터는 일면으로 노출되는 탄탈 와이어를 갖는 탄탈 바디; 제1 방향으로 대향하는 제5 및 제6 면, 제2 방향으로 대향하는 제3 및 제4 면, 제3 방향으로 대향하는 제1 및 제2 면을 포함하고, 상기 탄탈 바디를 둘러싸도록 형성된 몰딩부; 상기 탄탈 와이어와 연결되는 양극 연결 부재 및 양극 단자를 포함하고 상기 몰딩부의 제2 면으로 노출되는 양극 리드 프레임; 및 상기 양극 리드 프레임과 이격되고, 상기 몰딩부의 제2 면으로 노출되는 음극 리드 프레임;을 포함하고, 상기 탄탈 와이어, 양극 연결 부재 및 양극 단자의 제1 방향의 단부는 동일 평면 상에 있을 수 있다.
