Summary:A waste heat recovery system of a submarine fuel cell system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a fuel cell that is provided in a submarine and generates electricity through an electrochemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen; an oxygen supply device for supplying oxygen to the fuel cell; a hydrogen supply device for supplying hydrogen to the fuel cell; a cooling system for cooling the fuel cell by circulating cooling water so that the fuel cell can operate within a set operating temperature range; and a medium-low temperature waste heat recovery device for generating electric energy by recovering waste heat from the cooling system. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 수중함 연료전지시스템의 폐열 회수시스템은 수중함에 구비되며, 수소와 산소의 전기화학적 반응을 통해 전기를 발생시키는 연료전지, 상기 연료전지에 산소를 공급하는 산소공급장치, 상기 연료전지에 수소를 공급하는 수소공급장치, 상기 연료전지가 설정 운전온도 범위 내에서 운전 하도록 냉각수를 순환시켜 상기 연료전지를 냉각하는 냉각시스템, 및 상기 냉각시스템에서의 폐열을 회수하여 전기에너지를 발생시키는 중저온 폐열회수 장치를 포함한다.
