According to the present invention, a grill fan assembly for a refrigerator enables a freezing fan module and an ice making fan module to have the same structure but a second inlet hole of a shroud, in which the ice making fan module is placed, is relatively formed smaller by narrowing width of an opening, than a first inlet hole of the shroud, in which the freezing fan module is positioned. Accordingly, the present invention prevents cold air introduced into a second cold air guide passage after passing the second inlet hole from flowing backward to the second inlet hole and being discharged to smoothly supply the cold air to an ice making chamber. 본 발명의 냉장고용 그릴팬어셈블리는 냉동팬모듈과 제빙팬모듈을 동일한 구조로 구성하면서도 제빙팬모듈이 위치되는 쉬라우드의 제2유입공은 냉동팬모듈이 위치되는 쉬라우드의 제1유입공에 비해 상대적으로 작게(개구 폭이 좁게) 형성됨을 제시한다. 이를 통해 제2유입공을 통과하여 제2냉기안내유로에 유입된 냉기가 상기 제2유입공으로 역류되면서 배출되는 현상을 방지하여 제빙실에 이르기까지 냉기가 원활히 공급될 수 있도록 한다.
