In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, suggested is a safety management system for a tower crane. The system includes: a data collection device for collecting information related to a tower crane; an IoT gateway for transmitting the information collected by the data collection device to a server device or for receiving data from the server device; and an integrated control and analysis device diagnosing and analyzing the collected information, and generating a danger alarm or message when a risk degree is diagnosed as high. The data collection device collects weather information on an area where the tower crane is located, operation information of the tower crane, structure coupling state information of the tower crane, and adjacent worker data information of the tower crane, and the integrated control and analysis device derives a risk determination result based on a state of the tower crane in accordance with at least one piece of the collected information to display the same it on a display. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing accidents in a construction site. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 타워크레인을 위한 안전 관리 시스템이 제안되며, 상기 시스템은 타워크레인과 관련된 정보를 수집하기 위한 데이터 수집 장치; 상기 데이터 수집 장치에 의해 수집된 정보를 서버 장치로 전송하거나, 상기 서버 장치로부터 데이터를 수신하기 위한 IoT 게이트웨이; 및 상기 수집된 정보를 진단 및 분석하고, 위험도가 높은 것으로 진단되는 경우 위험 알람 또는 메시지를 발생하는 통합 관제 및 분석 장치를 포함하고, 상기 데이터 수집 장치는 상기 타워크레인의 위치한 지역에 대한 기상 정보, 상기 타워크레인의 운전 정보, 상기 타워크레인의 구조물 체결상태 정보, 및 상기 타워크레인 주변 작업자 데이터 정보를 수집하며, 상기 통합 관제 및 분석 장치는 상기 수집된 정보 중 적어도 하나에 따른 상기 타워크레인의 상태에 기반하여 위험도 판단 결과를 도출하여 디스플레이에 표시하도록 구성될 수 있다.
