Summary:The present invention relates to an eco-friendly integral skin polyurethane foam composition with excellent durability and elongation comprising a polyol mixture and an isocyanate compound, and an integral skin polyurethane foam prepared by using the same. Since foaming power can be improved even when a chemical foaming agent is used, it is possible to form a thick skin layer even if the use of a physical foaming agent, which is an environmental problem, is reduced. In addition, since elongation is uniquely high and tensile and tear strength are excellent, dimensional stability is excellent, thereby proving a high degree of numerical deformation of the integral skin polyurethane foam prepared according to the present invention and achieving an effect of improving defects due to dimensional deformation during secondary processing of the resulting products. There is a great advantage in terms of productivity increase by facilitating transportation, storage, processing, etc. that occur during production and achieving an effect of improving the working environment. 본 발명은 폴리올 혼합물과 이소시아네이트 화합물을 포함하는, 친환경적이면서도 내구성 및 연신율이 우수한 인테그랄 스킨 폴리우레탄 폼 조성물 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 인테그랄 스킨 폴리우레탄 폼에 관한 것으로써, 화학적 발포제 사용 시에도 발포력을 향상시킬 수 있으므로, 환경적 측면에서 문제가 되고 있는 물리적 발포제의 사용을 줄이더라도 두꺼운 스킨층 형성이 가능하다. 또한, 연신율이 특유하게 높고, 인장 및 인열강도 등이 우수하므로, 치수안정성이 뛰어나다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따라 제조된 인테그랄 스킨 폴리우레탄 폼의 수치변형 정도가 양호하여 생산한 제품의 2차 가공 시 치수변형으로 인한 불량 개선에 효과가 있고, 생산 시 발생하게 되는 운반, 저장, 가공 등의 분야에서 자유로워지고 작업환경 개선의 효과가 얻어짐으로써 생산성 증대 측면에서 큰 이점이 있다.
