The present invention relates to a steel plate having deformation resistance and a block and a ship having the same. According to the present invention, the steel plate having deformation resistance comprises: a plurality of first protruding lines formed on an upper surface of the steel plate and having an upper concave line therebetween; and a plurality of second protruding lines formed on a lower surface of the steel plate and having a lower concave line therebetween. The first protruding line and the second protruding line are arranged in a zigzag pattern to have deformation resistance. 본 발명은 변형 저항성을 갖는 강판 및 이를 포함하는 블록과 선박에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 변형 저항성을 갖는 강판은, 강판의 상부면에 복수 개로 형성되고 사이에 상부 오목선을 포함하는 제1 돌출선; 및 상기 강판의 하부면에 복수 개로 형성되고 사이에 하부 오목선을 포함하는 제2 돌출선을 포함하되, 상기 제1 돌출선 및 상기 제2 돌출선은, 지그재그로 배치되어 변형 저항능력을 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
