Disclosed is a wearable apparatus for augmenting muscular strength, which comprises: a first rotational link having one end to be located on the upper part of a shoulder of a user, extended toward the back of the user and bent downward with the other end located at the rear side of the user; a second rotational link having one end joined to the other end of the first rotational link to be able to rotate around a first rotational shaft extended from the rear side of the user to the user with the other end extended along the humerus to move vertically when the second rotational link rotates around the one end; a first connector having one end joined to the other end of the second rotational link to be able to rotate around a second rotational shaft extended along the humerus of the user with the other end extended toward a plane intersecting with the second rotational shaft to be located at the external surface of the user; a third rotational link having one end joined to the other end of the first connector to be able to rotate around a third rotational shaft extended parallel to the second rotational shaft, which is extended along the humerus of the user on the external surface; and a fourth rotational link having one end joined to the other end of the third rotational link to be able to rotate around a fourth rotational shaft having one end extended in a direction intersecting with the external surface of the humerus of the user, which is extended along the forearm of the user and connected to the humerus, the forearm or the hand of the user. 일단부는 착용자의 어깨 상부에 위치되고, 착용자의 후방으로 연장되면서 하방으로 절곡되며, 타단부는 착용자의 배면에 위치되는 제1회전링크; 일단부가 착용자의 배면에서 착용자 측으로 연장된 제1회전축을 기준으로 제1회전링크의 타단부에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 착용자의 상완이 연장된 방향을 따라 연장되며, 일단부를 중심으로 회전시 타단부가 상하 방향으로 이동되는 제2회전링크; 일단부가 착용자의 상완이 연장된 방향으로 연장된 제2회전축을 기준으로 제2회전링크의 타단부에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 제2회전축과 교차되는 평면 방향으로 연장되어 타단부가 착용자의 외측면에 위치된 제1연결부; 일단부가 제2회전축과 나란한 방향으로 연장된 제3회전축을 기준으로 제1연결부의 타단부에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 착용자의 외측면에서 상완이 연장된 방향을 따라 연장된 제3회전링크; 및 일단부가 착용자 상완의 외측면에 교차되는 방향으로 연장된 제4회전축을 기준으로 제3회전링크의 타단부에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 착용자의 전완이 연장된 방향으로 연장되며, 착용자의 상완, 전완 또는 손과 연결된 제4회전링크;를 포함하는 착용식 근력 보조 장치가 소개된다.
