The present invention has excellent nutritional properties so as to significantly improve the productivity of ruminants, including Korean beef; and utilizes discarded fruit and vegetable by-products so as to be eco-friendly and to be usefully used as a cost-effective feed composition. 본 발명은 과일 및 야채 부산물을 포함하는 반추동물용 사료 첨가제 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 우수한 영양학적 특성을 가져 한우(Bos taurus coreanae)를 비롯한 반추동물의 생산성을 현저히 향상시키면서도 폐기되는 과일 및 야채 부산물을 활용함으로써 친환경적일 뿐 아니라 비용 측면에서 효율적인 사료 조성물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
