The present invention relates to a part alignment supply system, and a part alignment method for using the same more effectively. The part alignment supply system comprises: a part supply unit to which parts are supplied; an alignment state detection unit for detecting an alignment state of the parts supplied from the part supply unit; a control unit for determining an alignment method based on the alignment state information of the parts detected by the alignment state detection unit and stored alignment information; an alignment information input unit for inputting alignment information used for determining the alignment method of the control unit; and an aligning unit that aligns the parts by the alignment method determined by the control unit. 본 발명은 부품이 공급되는 부품 공급부와, 부품 공급부에서 공급되는 부품의 정렬 상태를 감지하는 정렬 상태 감지부와, 정렬 상태 감지부에서 감지된 부품의 정렬 상태 정보와, 저장된 정렬 정보를 기반으로 정렬 방법을 결정하는 제어부와, 제어부의 정렬 방법 결정에 사용되는 정렬 정보를 입력하는 정렬정보 입력부와, 제어부에서 결정된 정렬 방법으로 부품을 정렬하는 정렬부를 포함하여 이루어지는 부품 정렬 공급 시스템과, 이를 보다 효과적으로 활요하기 위한 부품 정렬 방법에 관한 것이다.
