Summary:The present invention relates to a method of separating and recovering valuable metals from a desulfurized waste catalyst. The method includes: a heating step (1) of producing a compound including sodium aluminate by mixing desulfurized waste catalyst powder with solid sodium hydroxide, and then, bringing the mixture into a furnace and making a reaction; a dissolution step (2) of producing an aqueous solution by bringing the compound including the sodium aluminate into water; a first separation step (3) of separating nickel oxide, which is not dissolved in the aqueous solution, into a solid and liquid; a hydrolysis step (4) of hydrolyzing the sodium aluminate dissolved in the aqueous solution, and extracting aluminum hydroxide; a second separation step (5) of separating the extracted aluminum hydroxide into a solid and liquid; and a recirculation step (6) of separating water from the aqueous solution remaining after the second separation step, and then, re-bringing the remaining solid sodium aluminate and solid sodium hydroxide into the heating step (1). Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing environmental pollution issues caused by the reclamation of waste catalysts. 본 발명은 (1) 탈황 폐촉매 분말 및 고상의 수산화나트륨을 혼합한 후 퍼니스(Furnace)에 투입하고 반응시켜, 소듐알루미네이트를 포함하는 화합물을 제조하는 가열단계; (2) 상기 소듐알루미네이트를 포함하는 화합물을 물에 투입하여 수용액을 제조하는 용해단계; (3) 상기 수용액에 용해되지 않은 산화니켈을 고액분리하는 제 1 분리 단계; (4) 상기 수용액에 용해된 소듐알루미네이트를 가수분해하고, 수산화알루미늄을 석출시키는 가수분해 단계; (5) 상기 석출된 수산화알루미늄을 고액분리하는 제 2 분리 단계; 및 (6) 상기 제 2 분리 단계 후 남은 수용액으로부터 물을 분리한 후 남은 고상의 소듐알루미네이트 및 고상의 수산화나트륨을 상기 (1) 가열단계에 재투입하는 재순환 단계;를 포함하는, 탈황 폐촉매로부터 유가금속의 분리 및 회수방법에 관한 것이다.
