The present invention relates to a biofilm for skin transplantation using a silk matrix having excellent skin cell viability and adhesion, a transplantation method thereof, and a skin damage treatment agent comprising the same. By using the biofilm for skin transplantation including a silk matrix produced by silkworms of the golden silk variety of the present invention, the biofilm causes almost no irritation and side effects to the skin, and can be applied to the skin defect area through the property of adhering well to the skin cells. The transplanted biofilm for skin transplantation has excellent biocompatibility and is effective for skin regeneration and protection, thereby being widely used in the medical industry or pharmaceutical industry. 본 발명은 피부 세포의 생존능과 부착능이 우수한 평면견을 이용한 피부 이식용 생체막, 이의 이식방법 및 이를 포함하는 피부 손상 치료제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 골든실크 품종의 누에에 의하여 생산된 평면견을 포함하는 피부 이식용 생체막을 이용하면, 피부에 자극과 부작용을 거의 유발하지 않으면서, 피부세포에 잘 부착되는 성질을 통해 피부 결손 부위에 잘 이식될 수 있다. 이식된 피부 이식용 생체막은 생체 적합성이 뛰어나며, 피부의 재생과 보호에 효과적이므로, 의료업계 또는 제약업계에서 널리 사용될 수 있다.
