A purpose of the present invention is to provide a system that allows customers to reserve accommodations by a hour unit and converts the remaining time into points after use in case of hour-unit room rental or enables a re-reservation in the future by using the same. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a collection unit that collects big data of accommodations including locations, prices, and available time of the accommodations and customer data including customer login information, point information, location information, and reservation information; an AI optimization module for selecting the accommodations with the highest probability by matching the big data of the accommodations with the customer data; a recommendation module for recommending the accommodations, selected by the AI optimization module, to a customer terminal; a reservation process module for receiving information including room types, usage time, prices, and the number of guests from the customer terminal; a counter for calculating check-in and check-out times; and a point paying unit configured to compare the check-in time and the check-out time with the usage time and pay points for the difference value therebetween.
