The present invention relates to a quadruple complex of moringa oil, shea butter, a Centella asiatica extract, and a licorice extract to maximize alleviation and prevention effects of atopic dermatitis and a mixing ratio thereof. The present invention comprises: an S1 step of drying each raw material; an S2 step of crushing the raw material dried in the S1 step; an S3 step of extracting wax and an extraction mixture by cold-compressing the raw material powder crushed in the S2 step; an S4 step of heating and aging the mixture obtained in the S3 step and separating the mixture into an upper layer and a lower layer; an S5 step of obtaining a solid content containing the wax after separating only the lower layer in the S4 step and filtering the lower layer through a filter press; and an S6 step of manufacturing the wax by purifying the solid content obtained in the S5 step. Each extract obtained in the S6 step is mixed at a specific mixing ratio. 본 발명은 모링가추출물, 시어버터, 병풍추출물, 감초추출물의 아토피성 피부염 개선 및 예방효능을 극대화 시킨 4중 컴플렉스와 그 조성물의 배합비에 대한 내용으로써, 각각의 원료를 건조하는 S1 단계; S1 단계에서 건조된 원료를 파쇄하는 S2 단계; S2 단계에서 파쇄된 원료 분말을 냉압착하여 왁스 및 추출 혼합물을 추출하는 S3 단계; S3 단계에서 얻은 혼합물을 가열 및 숙성시켜 상부층 및 하부층으로 분리시키는 S4단계; S4 단계에서 하부층 만을 분리한 후 필터 프레스로 여과하여 왁스를 포함하는 고형분을 얻는 S5 단계; 및 S5 단계에서 얻은 고형분을 정제하여 왁스를 제조하는 S6 단계; S6 단계에서 얻어진 각각의 추출물들을 특정 배합비로 배합하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
