Summary:A lumbar retractor according to an embodiment includes a first fixing part for fixing the thoracic vertebrae of a user, a second fixing part for fixing the pelvic region of the user, and a connection part disposed between the first fixing part and the second fixing part to connect the first fixing part and the second fixing part. By changing the length of the connection part, the distance between the first fixing part and the second fixing part can be adjusted. The first fixing part can individually press a plurality of segments of the thoracic vertebrae of the user. Individually controlled compression can be applied to each of the segments of the thoracic vertebrae of the user and at the same time, the lumbar vertebrae of the user can be pulled. 일 실시예에 따른 요추 견인기는, 사용자의 흉추 부위를 고정시키는 제1 고정부, 사용자의 골반 부위를 고정시키는 제2 고정부 및 상기 제1 고정부와 상기 제2 고정부 사이에 배치되어 상기 제1 고정부와 상기 제2 고정부를 연결시키는 연결부를 포함하고, 상기 연결부의 길이가 변화됨으로써 상기 제1 고정부와 상기 제2 고정부 사이의 거리가 조절될 수 있으며, 상기 제1 고정부는 상기 사용자의 흉추의 복수 개의 분절을 각각 개별적으로 가압할 수 있다.
