Summary:The present invention relates to a self-assembled lipid vesicle and a cosmetic composition comprising the same and, more specifically, to a self-assembled lipid vesicle containing an active ingredient, a phospholipid, a phytosterol derivative, a nonionic surfactant and a polyol, and a cosmetic composition comprising the same. The lipid vesicle provided by the present invention has excellent water dispersion stability by inhibiting recrystallization of the active ingredient in the water phase by supporting the active ingredient having poorly soluble properties in the self-assembled lipid vesicle, and has excellent effects such as improving and restoring the skin barrier function and improving water retention. 본 발명은 자가조합형(self-assembled) 지질 베시클(vesicle) 및 이를 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 활성 성분, 인지질, 피토스테롤 유도체, 비이온 계면활성제 및 폴리올을 함유하는 자가조합형 지질 베시클 및 이를 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하여 제공되는 지질 베시클은 난용성의 특성을 갖는 활성 성분을 자가조합형 지질 베시클에 담지시킴으로써 수(水)상에서 활성 성분의 재결정화가 억제되어 뛰어난 수분산 안정성을 가지며, 활성 성분에 의해 탁월한 피부 장벽 기능 개선 및 회복, 수분 보유력 향상 등의 효과를 갖는다.
