A rehabilitation exercise apparatus for measuring user's rehabilitation exercise information according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first body part worn on a first body region and having a first electrical stimulation part; and a second body part connected to the first body part, worn on a second body region connected to the first body region by a joint, and having a second electrical stimulation part. The first and second electrical stimulation parts include an electrical stimulation pad in which an electrode for applying electrical stimulation to the dorsal nerve muscle and an electrode for detecting a response to the electrical stimulation of the dorsal nerve muscle are arranged in an array form. By using the electrical stimulation pad having arrangement in an array form, it is possible to select a location to apply an electrical stimulation signal of the dorsal nerve muscle, apply the electrical stimulation of the dorsal nerve muscle to the muscles of the first body region or the second body region, and detect a response. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 사용자의 재활 운동 정보를 측정하기 위한 재활 운동 장치는, 제 1 신체 부위에 착용하고, 제 1 전기 자극부를 갖는 제 1 본체부; 및 상기 제 1 본체부와 연결되고, 상기 제 1 신체 부위와 관절로 연결되는 제 2 신체 부위에 착용하고, 제 2 전기 자극부를 갖는 제 2 본체부를 포함한다. 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전기 자극부는 신경지배근의 전기 자극을 인가하기 위한 전극과 신경지배근의 전기 자극에 대한 반응을 감지하기 위한 전극이 어레이 형태로 배열된 전기 자극 패드를 포함하고, 상기 어레이 형태로 배열된 전기 자극 패드를 이용하여 신경지배근의 전기 자극 신호를 인가하는 위치를 선택하여 상기 제 1 신체 부위 또는 상기 제 2 신체 부위의 근육에 신경지배근의 전기 자극을 인가하고 반응을 감지한다.
