Disclosed are a service and a method for providing search results, which are able to provide Internet search results by determining the ranking by a vote of users. As an example, in a system for providing a service for displaying the search results through the Internet, the system comprises: a server which has a database to store information needed for searching, and to provide information corresponding to the search results; a first device which accesses the server and receives the search results through a keyword; and a second device which accesses the server and uploads the information on the desired theme. The server matches the information of the second device with the keyword of the first device, and provides the search results to the first device by a chart made of a large number of columns for the first device. 본 발명에서는 인터넷 검색 결과를 사용자의 투표로 순위를 매긴 결과로서 제공하는 검색 결과 제공 서비스 및 방법이 개시된다. 일 예로, 인터넷을 통한 검색 결과를 표시하기 위한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템에 있어서, 데이터베이스를 구비하여 검색에 필요한 정보를 저장하고, 검색 결과에 대응되는 정보를 제공하는 서버; 상기 서버에 접속하여 키워드를 통해 검색 결과를 제공받는 제 1 디바이스; 및 상기 서버에 접속하여 원하는 주제에 대해 정보를 업로드하는 제 2 디바이스를 포함하고, 상기 서버는 상기 제 1 디바이스의 키워드에 대해 상기 제 2 디바이스의 정보를 매칭하여 검색 결과를 제 1 디바이스에 제공하되, 상기 제 1 디바이스에 대해 다수의 행으로 구성된 표로서 결과를 제공하는 검색 결과 제공 시스템이 개시된다.
