Summary: | A label-free method and device for generating a 3D molecular image utilizing a 3D refractive index image and deep learning are presented. According to one embodiment, the label-free device for generating a 3D molecular image utilizing a 3D refractive index image and deep learning comprises: a 3D refractive index cell image measurement unit for measuring a 3D refractive index image of a cell to be observed; and a 3D refractive index and molecular staining image conversion unit for inputting the measured values of the 3D refractive index image into a deep learning algorithm and outputting a 3D molecular dyed cell image of the cell.
3차원 굴절률 영상과 딥러닝을 활용한 비표지 방식의 3차원 분자 영상 생성 방법 및 장치가 제시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 3차원 굴절률 영상과 딥러닝을 활용한 비표지 방식의 3차원 분자 영상 생성 장치는, 관찰하고자 하는 세포에 대해 3차원 굴절률 영상을 측정하는 3차원 굴절률 세포 영상 측정부; 및 상기 3차원 굴절률 영상의 측정 값을 딥러닝(deep learning) 알고리즘에 입력하여 세포의 3차원 분자 염색 세포 영상을 출력하는 3차원 굴절률과 분자 염색 영상 전환부를 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다. |
