Since the sensing structure includes the opening, it is possible to prevent the upper wiring from peeling off from a lower wiring. 감지 구조물은 감지 영역 및 감지 영역의 외곽에 위치하는 주변 영역을 포함하는 기판, 기판 상의 감지 영역에 배치되는 감지 전극 및 기판 상의 주변 영역에 배치되고, 감지 전극과 연결되며, 적어도 하나의 개구를 갖는 상부 배선을 포함한다. 감지 구조물은 개구를 포함함으로써, 상부 배선이 하부 배선으로부터 박리되는 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
