Summary:The present invention provides a die casting device, where a fine particle which is a reinforcement material can be favorably dispersed inside a composite material having a base, and deterioration of the fine particle can be minimized in a forming process. The present invention comprises: a molten metal injection unit connected to a forming space formed between a first mold and a second mold by a molten metal injection passage to inject molten metal to the forming space; a decompression unit connected to the forming space by a decompression passage to discharge air of the forming space to be decompressed; a particle supply unit connected to the forming space through a suction passage to allow the fine particle to be introduced to the forming space; a suction passage opening and closing valve allowing and blocking introduction through the suction passage; and a control unit controlling operation of the molten metal injection unit, the decompression unit, and the suction passage opening and closing valve. 본 발명은 기지를 가진 복합재 내에 강화재인 미세입자가 양호하게 분산될 수 있고 성형과정에서 미세입자의 열화가 최소화될 수 있는 다이캐스팅 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 용탕주입로에 의해 제1금형 및 제2금형 사이에 형성된 성형공간과 연결되어 용탕을 성형공간으로 주입하는 용탕주입부와, 감압로에 의해 성형공간과 연결되어 성형공간의 공기를 배출시키고 감압시키는 감압부와, 흡입로를 통해 성형공간과 연결되어 미세입자를 성형공간으로 유입시키는 입자공급부와, 상기 흡입로를 통한 출입을 허용 및 차단하는 흡입로개폐밸브와, 상기 용탕주입부와 감압부와 흡입로개폐밸브의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
