Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for purifying a sugar-containing solution, and more specifically, to a method for purifying a sugar-containing solution, which can effectively remove impurities having different sizes to obtain the sugar-containing solution having a low color value and low electrical conductivity by bringing the sugar-containing solution into contact with the styrenic ion exchange resin after bringing the sugar-containing solution into contact with an acrylic ion exchange resin, or bringing the sugar-containing solution into contact with the acrylic ion exchange resin after bringing the sugar-containing solution into contact with the styrenic ion exchange resin.
본 발명은 당 함유 용액의 정제 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 당 함유 용액을 아크릴계 이온 교환수지와 접촉시킨 후, 스티렌계 이온 교환수지와 접촉시키거나, 또는 당 함유 용액을 스티렌계 이온 교환수지와 접촉시킨 후, 아크릴계 이온 교환수지와 접촉시킴으로써, 크기가 상이한 불순물들을 효과적으로 제거하여 낮은 색가와 낮은 전기 전도도를 갖는 당 함유 용액을 수득할 수 있는, 당 함유 용액의 정제 방법에 관한 것이다. |
