Summary: | The present invention relates to an electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell with improved chemical durability and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the method for manufacturing an electrolyte membrane comprises the steps of: preparing a polymer film; depositing a catalyst metal on one or both sides of the polymer film; stretching the polymer film uniaxially or biaxially to prepare a porous reinforcing layer on which the catalyst metal is deposited; and impregnating the reinforcing layer with an ionomer to obtain an electrolyte membrane.
본 발명은 화학적 내구성이 향상된 연료전지용 전해질막 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 상기 제조방법은 고분자 필름을 준비하는 단계, 상기 고분자 필름의 일면 또는 양면에 촉매 금속을 증착하는 단계, 상기 고분자 필름을 1축 또는 2축으로 연신하여 촉매 금속이 증착된 다공성의 강화층을 제조하는 단계 및 상기 강화층에 이오노머를 함침하여 전해질막을 얻는 단계를 포함한다. |
