The present invention relates to a cosmetic container with an improved fastening structure of a refill container. The cosmetic container comprises an outer container having a fastening rib formed therein, a middle container coupled to the inner side of the outer container and formed with a fastening part, and a refill container coupled to the inside of the middle container and formed with a fastening protrusion, wherein the fastening rib is formed to extend upwardly while being spaced apart from the inner periphery of the outer container by a predetermined interval to be exposed to the inside of the middle container through the fastening part, and is coupled with the fastening protrusion of the refill container while being elastically bent. 체결리브가 형성된 외용기와, 상기 외용기 내측에 결합되며 체결부가 형성된 중용기 및 상기 중용기의 내측으로 결합되며 체결돌기가 형성된 리필용기를 포함하되, 상기 체결리브는 외용기의 내주연으로부터 일정 간격 이격된 상태에서 상측으로 연장 형성되어 체결부를 통해 중용기 내측으로 노출되고, 탄력적으로 휘어지면서 리필용기의 체결돌기와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리필용기의 체결 구조가 개선된 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
