Summary: | The present invention relates to an elevator which is easy to ascend and descend while maintaining a horizontal center and has no risk of falling even in a state in which power transmission is cut off. The present invention discloses the elevator, wherein a drive motor is installed in a center of a lower part of a car, and a rotating shaft which is equipped with a worm installed at one end and is symmetrical, and a pinion gear works in conjunction with the worm and racks are installed at the four corners of a hoistway, and thus the elevator ascends and descends in a rack-and-pinion method. According to the present invention, a motor is installed in a center of the lower part of the car and power is transmitted in the rack-and-pinion method, there is no inclination to either side, so gear wear can be reduced, and it is possible to provide a safe elevator by automatically braking even when power transmission is blocked by applying the worm gear.
본 발명은 수평 중심을 유지하면서 승하강이 용이하고 동력 전달이 끊어진 상태에서도 추락 위험이 없는 엘리베이터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 카의 하부 중앙에 구동모터를 설치하고 좌우 대칭으로 놓여지며 일 단에는 웜이 구비되는 회전축을 설치하고, 웜과 연동하여 동작하는 피니언 기어와 승강로 네 귀퉁이에 래크를 설치하여 랙 피니언 방식으로 승하강하는 엘리베이터가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 엘리베이터는 카(car)의 하부 중앙에 모터를 설치하고 랙 피니언 방식으로 동력을 전달함으로써 어느 한 쪽으로 기울어짐이 발생하지 않아 기어 마모를 줄일 수 있으며, 웜 기어를 적용하여 동력 전달이 차단되더라도 자동으로 브레이킹 되어 안전한 엘리베이터를 제공할 수 있게 되었다. |
