The present application provides a microchip type laser device. The microchip type laser device includes a microchip formed by integrating a gain medium on a saturable absorber mirror; a laser diode emitting pumping light in the direction of the microchip; a heat sink block on which the microchip is mounted to dissipate heat generated from the microchip by the pumping light; a dichroic mirror for emitting a pulse laser generated according to the resonance of the pumping light to the outside; and a laser diode driving part for driving the laser diode by supplying a pulsed current. It is possible to control a pulse repetition rate while ensuring the stability of the pulsed laser. 본 출원은 이득 매질이 포화흡수체 미러 상에 집적화되어 형성된 마이크로 칩, 상기 마이크로 칩 방향으로 펌핑 광을 조사하는 레이저 다이오드, 상기 펌핑 광에 의해 상기 마이크로 칩으로부터 발생된 열을 방출하기 위하여 상기 마이크로 칩이 마운팅 된 히트 싱크 블럭, 상기 펌핑 광의 공진에 따라 발생된 펄스 레이저를 외부로 방출하기 위한 이색성 미러 및 펄스형 전류를 공급하여 상기 레이저 다이오드를 구동시키는 레이저 다이오드 구동부를 포함하는 마이크로 칩 타입 레이저 장치를 제공한다.
