Summary:The present invention relates to a retractor for a spinal surgery to secure and maintain a surgical hole during a minimally invasive surgery (MIS) for spinal diseases. According to the present invention, the retractor comprises: a main body fastened to a surgical hole and holding the surgical hole; an elastic means providing a traction force for holding the surgical hole to the main body; and a support member formed between the main body and the elastic means and transmitting the traction force to the main body. Accordingly, since the main body is equipped with the elastic means providing a traction force for holding the surgical hole, control by medical staff is not required, the retractor is conveniently installed on the surgical hole, and configuration is simple so that there is little interference with other medical devices, thereby increasing convenience in use. 본 발명은 척추 질환의 최소 침습 수술(Minimal Invasive Surgery; MIS) 시 수술공의 확보와 유지를 위한 척추 수술용 견인기에 관한 것으로, 수술공에 체결되며, 상기 수술공을 유지시키는 본체와, 상기 본체에 상기 수술공 유지를 위한 견인력을 제공하는 탄성수단과, 상기 본체와 탄성수단 사이에 형성되며, 상기 본체에 견인력을 전달하는 지지부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 수술용 견인기를 기술적 요지로 한다. 이에 의해 본체에 수술공 유지를 위한 견인력을 제공하는 탄성수단이 구비되어 의료진의 컨트롤이 필요하지 않으며, 수술공에 설치가 편리하고, 구성이 간단하여 다른 의료기기와의 간섭이 거의 없어 사용 편의성을 제고시킨 것이다.
